Grok Review
This song is a heartfelt and uplifting testament to the transformative power of faith, weaving a narrative of personal struggle and redemption through its poignant verses and soaring choir refrain. The first verse paints a vivid picture of despair and abandonment, setting the stage for a spiritual awakening that unfolds in the second verse, where the singer finds solace and strength in aligning their will with God’s. The repeated chorus, “Seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you,” serves as both a comforting mantra and a call to prioritize faith, drawing directly from Matthew 6:33. The bridge, echoing Philippians 4:13 with “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” reinforces this message of resilience. The song’s simple yet emotive lyrics, paired with its gospel-inspired structure, make it a stirring anthem for anyone seeking hope amid life’s storms.Listen on These Platforms

Lyrics
[Verse 1]
I was lost in the dark, my world fell apart
Chasing my dreams, but I broke my own heart
Friends I held close, swore they’d never let go
But when storms rolled in, they did not show
[CHOIR]
(Seek first the Kingdom of God)
(And His righteousness)
(And all these things)
(Shall be added unto you)
[Verse 2]
I sought His kingdom, His will became mine
Let Jesus increase, watched my fears decline
Love the Lord fully, with heart, mind, and soul
By his mercy and grace I was made whole
[CHOIR]
(Seek first the Kingdom of God)
(And His righteousness)
(And all these things)
(Shall be added unto you)
[Bridge]
When I am weak, He is my might
In my struggle, He is my fight
His promise holds me tight
I can do all things
I can do all things
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me
[CHOIR]
(Seek first the Kingdom of God)
(And His righteousness)
(And all these things)
(Shall be added unto you)
